Union Hall of Honor
Union Hall of Honor
The Union Hall of Honor of the Illinois Labor History Society recognizes the men and women who have stood up for working people, in order to gain union recognition, fair wages, safe and healthy workplace environments, and strong and just communities. The inductees are nominated by the Executive Board of the ILHS. This is NOT a Union Hall of Fame. We induct those who have worked well on the shop floor, the farm fields, the classrooms, and the offices, as often as the mighty whose names may be well known. Induction takes place at the Annual Awards Dinner of the Illinois Labor History Society.
